Owner, Todd Welch has a strong mid-sized team and personally handpicks his team members based on their skill level, attention to detail, and level of experience. Welch’s team boasts over 50 years of combined experience and is known for their exemplary work and competence. “I chose a crew with the same worth ethic and values as me,” says Welch. “My team members are competent, knowledgable, and seasoned.” Todd A. For specific jobs requiring more manpower or with more demanding deadlines, the Carpenter’s Union provides an immediate pool of additional qualified and skilled workers.
